The gym can feel like a test you’re doomed to fail, especially when the world treats your body like public property. Chrystal sits down with Roz the Diva, a plus-size Black pole dancer, coach, and lifter, to talk about gym intimidation and why it blocks so many people from even getting started. We get honest about the double bind of being fat in public, and we name the bigger truth: most of us are chasing the same thing in fitness, which is belonging.

Roz shares what she’s learned from working with plus-size clients, queer athletes, disabled athletes, and people navigating anxiety and depression. We dig into pole dancing as a real strength practice, why there’s no magic shortcut for core and upper-body power, and why progress can take longer when you’re moving more bodyweight. She also explains the Static Spinner, a pole add-on with a platform that can make training more accessible and open up new ways to move.

You’ll also hear about Roz’s 305-pound lifting PR, why weight training supports bone density, and why representation in athletics changes lives. We wrap with inclusive fitness gear she actually uses, including Enel sports bras and Tona Active leggings, plus a fun detour into sex positivity and favorite toys that are fat body approved. Welcome And Meet Roz The Diva

SPEAKER_01

Welcome to episode 5 of Big Sexy Chat. Today, Crystal will be talking to Roz the Diva. Roz has dedicated over a decade to helping non-traditional athletes kick ads in and out of the gym. Whether public speaking, working one-on-one with athletes, or running her mouth on social media, she makes sure everyone with the both feels like an athlete. Yes, her talents have been featured in Google, Bitbit Premium, The New York Times, Glamour, and others. When she's not sweaty at the gym, she's usually making pancakes with Beyonce and Michelle Obama. Welcome to Big Sexy Chat.

SPEAKER_00

Hey all, Crystal here with Big Sexy Chat. Welcome back to Big Sexy Chat. I'm so excited to have the most amazing woman that I have been following for like 15 or 20 years. I love her because she dances on poles and teaches people how to have less gym timidation. And Lord knows I need that. So welcome to the show. Welcome to Big Sexy Chat, Roz. Thanks for having me, Crystal. It's fabulous to be here. I love you so much. I love what you're out there doing. You're out there showing people you can be plus size and strong and pole dance and weightlift. I see you throwing that iron around all the time. You're you just are on it.

SPEAKER_02

Thank you. Thank you. Yeah, I I genuinely um enjoy it. So that's that's pretty cool. I was just in the gym yesterday, and today I'm off to um after we chat to an African dance class.

SPEAKER_00

Oh fun. I love watching African dance, it's so amazing. Yeah, it really is. Do you feel sore the next day?

SPEAKER_02

Surprisingly, no. Okay. Um, I think because I think my body is just used to it. I've been doing it since before pandemic. So it's been quite a few years. I'm still even though I've been African dancing for years now, um, I'm still kind of, you know, in the beginner level. I just copy my teacher and do exactly what he does and call that a day.

Defining Gym Intimidation

SPEAKER_00

Have you ever been to an Indian wedding where they do the Bollywood dancing or that's what it's called? Oh, Indian weddings are the best weddings ever. So I would love to go. It's that beautiful dancing too. Just like, oh my gosh, I'm so in awe. And my body hurts by just by watching them. Start off by telling us a little bit about this gym intimidation. Let's start there. Then I do I really want to talk about that standing poll.

SPEAKER_02

Yes. So gym intimidation, um, as I define it, is something that hinders you from either getting started or continuing an active lifestyle. And it particularly affects people of size because we are told that our bodies inherently are wrong. And it's so wild to me that somebody would mock you for trying to be an athlete when all you're trying to do is better yourself.

SPEAKER_00

Ross, I'm here to tell you, I identify as fat. Fat people cannot win. We go to the gym, we get made up. We don't go to the gym, we get made up. We just cannot win. So I just tell people, fuck all, do what you want.

SPEAKER_02

Yes. Yes. I definitely am fighting for us to have a space at the gym and a role in athletics because I truly believe that everybody has something positive to contribute towards the athletic community. It's just difficult to feel that way when it feels like the world is against you.

Belonging Beyond Body Size

SPEAKER_00

I see you mention other marginalized communities sometimes also feel gym intimidation. I don't know much about that as a white lady. Um, tell me more.

SPEAKER_02

Sure. So um I'm for anybody who's not watching, um, I'm black. I'm a plus-size black woman. Um, but I have had the pleasure of working with uh several people in the queer community. I've worked with disabled athletes. Um, I've also worked with a lot of just plain old anxious and depressed athletes. Yeah. And uh those experiences are what taught me so much and they've informed so much about my coaching style and how I approach working with different kinds of people. So, what I've learned is if you are typically everybody wants to just belong. Everybody is searching for belonging in some way, shape, or form. So because I was accepting of the plus size community, then that's when the queer community stepped up and said, Well, maybe you rock with us too. Hell yeah. And so, and that's sort of then it was the snowball effect, and then it was I had some disabled athletes who said, Well, maybe if you're accepting of all these other people who are constantly marginalized, perhaps you're willing to work with us as well. And I totally am.

SPEAKER_00

That's amazing. So, because our country is steeped in white supremacy, and the beauty ideal is, you know, the Western beauty ideal is white and thin, blue-eyed, all that kind of stuff. Um I guess it never occurred to me, of course, it makes sense now if I think about horse people of color, black women, brown women, probably Muslim women, anybody probably feels intimidated to go to the gym, not just fat people like me.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, absolutely. Because there is all kinds of stereotypes about pretty much if you're not some 23-year-old slender, you know, white athlete with 10% body fat, then apparently your body is wrong in some capacity. So there's definitely barriers that multiple communities face.

Fat People Can Pole Dance

SPEAKER_00

I can see that. I don't know why it never really occurred to me, but if I think about who I see at the gym, not that I go that often, but when I go, I mostly see white people, honestly. That's too bad. Not shouldn't be too surprised, but yeah. So um I guess I know this because I have a friend that owns a pole dancing studio, but fat people can pole dance. Abso friggin' lutely.

SPEAKER_02

Shut up. I have taught people of so many different body types, um, including people who are fat, who are plus size, voluptuous, who are curvy. Um however you identify, get your ass on a pole.

SPEAKER_00

But so what I noticed when I did some pole dancing, it was harder for me to get off the ground on the pole, but I could still use the pole all kinds of ways. Um how do you because I know you you are not, I could see how strong you are when all your videos and stuff, you are very strong. How did you get that kind of core strength and upper body strength to lift your you have a larger body than what you normally see on a pole? How do you get that strength like that?

SPEAKER_02

You have to literally do it. You have to the best way to build strength to be a strong pole dancer is to pole dance. Okay, there's no magic bullet, there's no magic exercise that you can do that is suddenly going to change the game for you. So I have to wear those crazy shoes, those crazy heels. No, you know, yeah, if you don't want to. The shoes are fun. I must say, they're addicting. Yeah. When you get your first pair and they're glittery and they're gorgeous and beautiful, and you just strut around your home like a gazelle, it's hard not to get five more pairs.

SPEAKER_00

I see your uh glittery sneakers in the back there.

SPEAKER_02

Yes. Will I glitter to me too? I do. I love a bright shiny color. Yeah. So uh, but yes, but anybody can pole dance. Now I will say, if you are carrying more weight than the average slender pole dancer, it's going to take you a really long time to build up the same amount of strength as your fellow pole dancers. Okay. And that's something that I wish I had known when I'd started. Because when I started pole dancing and I was way behind my friends, my slender friends, um, I kept going, but I was like, is this ever gonna get easier? Like, what's wrong with me? I always blamed my fat, and I always blamed myself. Like, this is why you're not that good, but athlete is because of your weight. And turns out I can do over the years, I was able to achieve a lot of the same accomplishments as my slender friends, but if it took them three or four months, it might take me two years to get that same level of strength. Sure. So if it is not a it's a marathon sport, like I like to tell people, and it takes forever and it is frustrating, it is emotional, um, but the payoff is absolutely splendid.

SPEAKER_00

You must feel so strong and so beautiful when you're able to do fun things on that pole.

SPEAKER_02

Yes, you really do. It gives you a big confidence boost. Sure. You can haul your own ass into the air.

Strength Gains Take More Time

The Static Spinner And Accessibility

SPEAKER_00

I know, I worry. But yeah, I believe you. I believe if you were here, you could coach me into it in a few years. So, so tell me about that static pole. I noticed it has a little platform on it that was really unique.

SPEAKER_02

Yes, so the platform uh right now, the working title of it is called the Stanic Spinner. So imagine you've got a vertical pole, and that's just industry standard, and as an add-on, you can get a disc that you can clamp on in any height of the pole. Oh, so you can kind of stand on it, or you can sit on it. Just either way, it's something where if you needed some extra support, yeah, then you've got that. And that was created and invented uh from one of my pole BFFs, Michelle Stannik. And the I got involved with the Stannick spinner because she was looking for plus size representation and she wanted to see how the device worked with larger bodies.

SPEAKER_00

Interesting.

SPEAKER_02

So I ran to go help her because I was so happy that she was thinking about my squad. So it it is absolutely fabulous. Like I love when brands think ahead so they don't make claims of oh, we work for everybody and inclusive. Oh my gosh, we're inclusive.

SPEAKER_00

Blah, blah, blah. Sick of that word for sure. So tell me, does it have a weight limit? A stanic pole, the standard stand?

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, the static spinner right now, I don't think there's an official weight limit. Um, me personally, I'm probably somewhere around 260. And my friend Michelle and I were actually on the Stanic spinner together. Okay. And she is more, she's a lot more slender than I am. So um I don't know her weight, and I wouldn't disclose that even though I knew it because I don't have a reaching to do so. Right, yeah, yeah. But it can support a straight size and a plus size polar at the same time.

SPEAKER_00

Wow, that's amazing. It really is amazing. I've seen people do where there's two and three people on the pole. I could so I could see where that little stand spinner, what do they call that disc that I could see where they could really incorporate like even more people and more positions standing, sitting? How cool?

SPEAKER_02

Yes, it opens up a lot of different um ways of using the pole and making it more accessible for different kinds of people.

SPEAKER_00

Love it. So most poles, when you go to like a pole dancing studio, do they have a suggested weight?

SPEAKER_02

Sometimes, but the weight limits are really only apply when your equipment is not properly installed.

SPEAKER_01

Okay.

SPEAKER_02

If you are properly, if you're using a pole and it has been professionally installed, then that pole can easily take four or five people on it and not, and you wouldn't even say twice.

SPEAKER_00

That's amazing. Wow. Yes. When we used to go to my friend's pole dancing studio, I could see that my, you know, my my friends and clients from my store, Kirby Girl, I could see they would be very in their heads, you know, just like so worried. Wow, people are gonna see my cellulite or my my skin tags or my stretch marks. And I would tell them, look, everybody there tonight, they barely even clock that you're there because they're also in their own head going, oh shit, my cellulite, my stretch marks. Nobody's looking at you, everybody's worried about themselves. Don't worry about what and even if they care or they see your stretch marks, they have an opinion about it, they can just, you know what. But it's mostly everybody's in their own head, right? Like just thinking, who do I look? What do I look like?

SPEAKER_02

Yes, everybody is definitely trying to figure out where their left foot is. Yeah. Just only you forget it on the pole. Totally. So uh they're absolutely doing that. People are trying to figure out what's going on for themselves. Uh, people are probably hungry and tired and sore. Okay, if you're an athlete, it is guaranteed you're at least two out of the three of those things.

Coaching Online And At Home

SPEAKER_00

Totally. Yes, for sure. So I see too that you you you coach coaches and you coach people, and you have you have things that people can do that like they're on their your Patreon or you're a client, one of your clients, they can do from home, uh from your YouTube or other things. So you can actually teach us some stuff while we're in our homes.

SPEAKER_02

Yes, I do. I work with uh personal trading clients um over Zoom and in person in New York City. So if you're not local to New York, then that's totally fine. We can still rock out together. Cool. And I'm actually working with a client right now from Canada, and we're doing um, they have a poll in their home. Nice. And so we're doing some virtual lessons that way, which a couple of years ago before pandemic, if you would have told me we could do stuff like that online, I would have slapped you across the face. Or I said so stupid. Yeah, and there's no way you can like I can coach people over Zoom, but suddenly when that was my only option was to coach people over Zoom, guess who figured it out?

SPEAKER_00

Yeah, and plus everybody wants a little piece of you, Ross. Everybody just adores you. I think you you're just so magnetic, and people just I think they seem to really be drawn to your energy, and you're just you're out there doing things that not everybody you know is brave enough to do. So I'm sure people always want like a piece of you any way they can get it, if it's zoom only, like me. So if people wanted to work with you somehow, what would you suggest they do first? Go sign up for your newsletter.

SPEAKER_02

Yes, I think if people wanted to rock with me, you can go to my website, rosthedeva.com, and I have a tab literally called work with me. Okay. And um they can they can from there check out uh my personal training website, um, take a look at prices ahead of time so there's no ugly surprises later. And you can literally sign up for a personal training session um right there on the website. Um I usually start over Zoom for everybody, um, but if you're in New York and I'm in New York, at least New York City, I should say, uh we'll go through the city and we can find um a mutually agreed upon spot to meet up, then we make that happen. So you live in New York City?

UK Tour Plus Size Pole Competition

SPEAKER_00

Yes, I live in Brooklyn. Oh cool. And are you getting ready to go to the UK? Are you getting ready to travel to Europe?

SPEAKER_02

I am. I am leaving in a few days. I'm doing um a two-week tour of the UK and of Brussels. Wow. There is a plus size pole dancing competition that I'm working a judge for in the UK. So that was the base of my trip, and then I just built out sometime before and after that trip uh to teach different workshops. Plus size pole dancing competition? Yep. Where is that at? That is it's kick-ass curves is the name of it, and it is in the midlands of the UK. So, and it's started by um the studio that's sponsoring it is Carrie's whole uh an aerial studio.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, okay, I believe. And they focus on plus size beeps.

SPEAKER_02

Uh the studio actually, I don't believe, does. Okay. Um, or it's not solely focused on plus size peeps, but okay. Um, but the owner, Carrie, um, has been a champion of accessibility. And so she, I don't think she herself is plus size, but uh she understands the struggle. And so she wanted to create a place where where all of her students felt comfortable. So um I thought it was pretty cool. I actually judged this competition uh way back in March 2020.

SPEAKER_00

Wow, I need to know about this. I need to know her. Hey, put in a good word for me. I might try to reach out to her. Please do. For sure.

SPEAKER_02

Please do, yes. What a fun trip. Mm-hmm. So I'm excited.

SPEAKER_00

I saw on one of your posts, like, hey y'all, I'm single, I have no kids, I'm available for travel. So you're available to hire to bring all over the world. Absolutely.

SPEAKER_02

I will jump on a plane in five minutes.

SPEAKER_00

I love it, Raz. You go, you have a good attitude. You're just you're open to all possibilities.

SPEAKER_02

Absolutely.

SPEAKER_00

So cool. What when you first started, did you see yourself here?

SPEAKER_02

Absolutely not. When I first started polls, it was October 2007. I started it because it was a class at the gym and it was on the schedule and it was free with my membership. So I figured, oh, it's got dance in the title, I'll just give it a shot. Why not? Yeah, and it was the hardest thing that I had ever done physically. Wow. And um, I left sore, I looked tired, I was not not just tired, I was exhausted actually. Yeah, for sure. Um, but it was also love at first sight. And I didn't think about teaching Cole until a year or two later. And even then it was just kind of like, you know, a pipe dream. I never thought that somebody would take my a person with my body type seriously as a leader in fitness because of my weight. And thank goodness I was really, really wrong about that. And I've had I'm 5'5.

Weightlifting Goals And Bone Density

SPEAKER_00

Okay. How do you see you pushing all that iron up in the air? How do you how much is all that iron? And wow, how do you do that?

SPEAKER_02

I so besides pole dancing, I love to lift weights. Wow. Like literally, like meathead style. Give me a pile of iron in the front, and I'll figure out how to push it, how to lift it, how to twerk on it. You maybe do it. Um my personal record for lifting weight right now is I've been able to lift 305 pounds. Wow. And yeah, so it's it's really fun. It's um it takes discipline and it takes a lot of paying attention to one's form. But uh that's I think that's why I like it, is because I get to sink my teeth into different kinds of details and tinker and figure out all right, if I put my foot over here, what does that do? If I move my arm this way, how does that affect the rest of the weight that I'm fucking that I'm a lot of it is like physics, right?

SPEAKER_00

Like trying to figure out how to I don't know, I see them doing all kinds of things to get the weight in the air.

SPEAKER_02

Absolutely. It's a lot of it is physics, a lot of it is uh just trying to F around and find out is ultimately what things come up, you know, with with a lot of education, of course, that goes with that, but ultimately F around, find out.

SPEAKER_00

And there's usually people there helping you spotty you, that kind of thing. Yes, absolutely. When did you start getting inspired to lift weights?

SPEAKER_02

I started lifting weights, let me see, probably seven or eight years ago, if I had to guess.

SPEAKER_00

Isn't it really good for your bones and stuff?

SPEAKER_02

It is absolutely fantastic for your whole body, yeah, particularly if you're living in a female body to lift weights because it improves your bone density, for one thing. It also you have to have a lot of your muscles coordinated to work all at once. Right. So you get a mental workout as well as the physical workout.

SPEAKER_00

I had a bone density test done one time. And the person that did the bone density test, he's like, Wow, wow. I was like, what? He's like, how did you get your bone so dense? I'm like, cheese?

unknown

I don't know.

SPEAKER_00

I was like, is this a call and he goes, yeah, this is a good job. Like, oh, okay. Thank you. I have good bone density. That's fantastic. I don't know. I think it's dairy. I don't know. But I know weightlifting can really help you. And also just any kind of a weight-bearing exercise, right? It's supposed to strengthen your bones. And we women, people born female, do we need a lot of that because I know we always have a the vitamin D deficiency. We're often running a little bit low on our vitamin D, so it's good to Yes. Yeah. So cool. Because you yeah, I just don't see I don't see women very much at my gym. Or and I don't go there very often, but I don't see very many women lifting weights. I mostly see men over there. I'm sure there are certain times in other gyms, but anyway, I know people I feel intimidated to go lift weights at the gym for sure.

SPEAKER_02

Oh, of course. And I can understand that because it is portrayed, strength in general is portrayed as a male asset.

SPEAKER_00

I don't like that. I'm supposed to have the camera for those who can't see me. I'm giving the camera the bird. Oh, absolutely.

SPEAKER_02

No, it makes my skin curl, really drives my ears. So um, I'm not a fan of all male weightlifting areas, which is why I insert myself into the weightlifting areas. And I have to say, I didn't know women were allowed to be strong until I've started pole dancing. And until that really sunk in, probably about halfway through my pole career. Um, that's when I was I started seeing other women who were my size or larger, and they were lifting up these incredible amounts of weight. And I really wish that I had seen female athletes my size when I was a teenager, because I think it would have had an extraordinary impact on my development and on my self-esteem and on my value as an athlete because I've always been, I've always naturally um been attracted to strength training. I just didn't know it until I did it.

SPEAKER_00

It'd be I'm sure it's because we all know how important representation is, but imagine a young black girl seeing you lifting weights, like black people can lift weights, black women can lift weights. That must be yeah really impactful for them. You know, that's why I would hope I hope so. I'm sure it is. Um, at my day job, I'm working on women getting rid of their facial hair. And I have to tell you, there's this trend I'm seeing with the younger girls that are out there dating, they don't give an F. And also they they're not trying to exercise and work out and stuff to get thin. They want to be strong because they want to be able to beat a man's ass. And I'm like, I love this generation. Yes, girl, do it, get strong. Beat a man's ass. Me too, me too. I love it. And they, yeah, they're not real impressed with uh what's out there right now. It's kind of tricky. There's a lot of in-cel culture and stuff like that, but I won't go down that road. But I love it, I love hearing them they say want to make themselves stronger. I'm like, that's only gonna ever work to your advantage, so do it. I want to get big muscles, like this intimidate men, I'm I don't love it, do it. It's just shift going on right now, I think.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, it's really great. I think it's also particularly important for women of color to see other people that look like them, to um that to see these people lifting and hauling and struggling, but ultimately being successful, because again, that idea of strength is usually reserved for men, and specifically in black American culture, and you know, it's uh you know, the black body in athletics has been viewed as a source of entertainment, yeah, but in terms of people taking us seriously as athletes and as human beings and as leaders, yes, and not just the source of entertainment and the followers.

SPEAKER_00

Thank you.

SPEAKER_02

Yes, that just we don't have enough representation of that. So I would definitely like to see more people of color and more black Americans in leadership positions within the athletic community.

Speaking Dreams And Representation

SPEAKER_00

That'd be so great. That's what a fantastic goal. So, what what else new do you have coming up? It whenever what should people know about you? What would you like people to know about you?

SPEAKER_02

Uh, I would love to get into professional speaking. And I've actually started down that route. Um I love to run my mouth, I love to talk about inclusivity in athletics, and I also love to talk about building one's confidence and how pole dancing helped me build my confidence and how it can help other people also build their own confidence. So, besides just the sweaty stuff that I do, um, occasionally I'll put on a regular bra and dress and um I'll present workshops or keynotes to different groups of people. And that's something that I would eventually love to get to the point where those speeches are paying my rent. Right now I'm still building up a name for myself in the speaking world, so I've got a ways to go, but I've got a real a lot of support so far, and I've been fortunate to have some great uh opportunities to speak, and I want to continue having more places to speak and to be heard.

SPEAKER_00

You're a great speaker, and I just love your energy. Um so like are you thinking about like working going to universities and things like that? Absolutely.

SPEAKER_02

Um, and just I want people to understand what it's like living in a marginalized athletic body and um take the and I want to take the lessons that I've learned and spread them to the masses.

SPEAKER_00

People underestimate you a lot, I'm sure.

SPEAKER_02

Absolutely. I mean, there's people who see a plus size body and they assume that I'm eating 5,000 calories a day, that I don't know how to work out. And then on top of that, I have the nerve to be a trainer. Are you kidding me?

SPEAKER_00

But in your bikini, like in the back photo back there, that's a beautiful photo.

SPEAKER_02

Absolutely showing your midsection, which took me, you know, it took me about four or five years um of pole dancing before I was able to show my stomach in person. Beautiful. Yeah, now you basically have to pay me to keep my clothes on. Do you know about chub rub clothing? I do not know about chub rub clothing, but it sounds like I should.

SPEAKER_00

Absolutely. She's great. In fact, I did a podcast with her a couple of weeks ago. Candace is her name, and she is one of the founders of Fatcon. Oh, you should talk to Fatcon. Oh, yes. Do you know Pucks from FatCon? We should do an introduction if you don't know Pucks. You would be a great speaker for that. Um, but yeah, Candace makes clothes up to seven or eight X, I believe. But sometimes she uses prints or her bikinis and things like that that look like a Holstein cow because she thinks it's awesome to be like right in your face, F you, and then you know, you're a size 7x and you're wearing a pattern of a bikini that looks like a cow. Like you can't get, I mean, can't it's like you, what you're doing. Everything you're doing is like the opposite of diet culture. Everything that Candace is doing is opposite of diet culture. It's just like, no, we don't have to conform to your bullshit beauty standards. And you're gonna call me a cow. Let me put a cow print on my blouse right now, or she has lots of cute crop tops, and she's all about sharing showing her tum tum, as she calls it. Because tummies are beautiful and squishy and warm and lovely pillow, and what's not what's not to love about your tummy, right? Totally. So your next thing yeah, next thing you have going on is trip to Europe, and then you're hoping to get more speaking engagements. It and are you do you have a product line at all? You seem like you should have a product line.

Inclusive Gear Enel And Tona

SPEAKER_02

You know, it seems like I should. I don't, but I um I love supporting other products though that are inclusive. So I actually work with Enel, which is right now. That's right. I did see email. Yeah, Enel is a line of plus size sports bras, and I'm about the middle size, so there's four sizes below me, and I think three or four sizes above me. Okay, for some reason, if you can't find your size, they will make custom products for you. So we love, I've been wearing them for years. I am I love email. I've also started working with Tona Active, which makes leggings, and they are one of the few brands where they say inclusive and they're pretty close to it. They start at a size zero, I believe, or maybe even double zero, and I believe they go up to a 24 or a 28. Okay. So not perfect, but certainly making strides. Yeah, it's a great start. And with Tona Active, their products, uh, every all their sales support teenage mental health initiatives.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, that's cool. That's really cool.

SPEAKER_02

That that really matters to me. So I'm happy to be supporting and representing them as well. Email is E-N-E-L-L-E, right?

SPEAKER_00

Uh no E at the end, so it's just E-N-E-L. And we can link to them from your website. I'm pretty sure I saw it on there. And so tell me, do you know kind of what the cup sizes are that they go to? How do they do like obviously like bronze bras are usually around your your rib cage, and then how much cup you have. So are are there's that same same idea?

SPEAKER_02

Sure. So Enel, I believe they do sizes one through eight.

SPEAKER_00

Okay.

SPEAKER_02

So it's not your traditional 42 I wear exactly. Yeah, I put it this way: I wear a size four in Enel, and in other bras, roughly I'm like a 42G.

SPEAKER_00

Oh, okay. So it's a big cup.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah, so it's a big cup. And um, as I mentioned, I have clients that have much larger cup sizes than I do, and we can wear the same brand, um, which is really exciting because that does not happen often.

SPEAKER_00

And they really hold them down like if you were gonna exercise, like move around on jog or whatever.

SPEAKER_02

Okay. I've been upside down in these bras. I have jumped around, I've been into African dance.

SPEAKER_00

So they are G cup approved. Wow, okay. That's saying something for sure.

SPEAKER_02

You don't wear two bras? You just wear one? Oh no, just one. I used to do two bras, but until I found email, I found email and I ditched that second bra so fast.

SPEAKER_00

And what was that? What was the other merch company that you said, Tova?

SPEAKER_02

Uh Tona Active.

SPEAKER_00

Tona Active, okay, cool. Thank you.

SPEAKER_02

Yeah.

Sex Toys And Fat Body Pleasure

SPEAKER_00

We at a big sexy chat, we try to also talk a lot about sex because nobody believes fat people have sex too. Sure do. And I isn't that crazy. It's wild, right? So tell me, do you have a favorite sex toy or favorite sex piece of sex furniture, or kind of what are the fun things that you can you think of? Like, what do you like to do? What do you what's your favorite?

SPEAKER_02

Yes, so I have um I've had this vibrator for a million years. Wow. And it has been with me through thick and thin. It's from the Fun Factory. Fun Factory is my favorite. Made in Germany, made in Germany. Yes, made in Germany. I've had it for years. I want to say it's called the Vila Vila.

SPEAKER_00

Voila!

SPEAKER_02

No, ta-da! But my vagina is very much a fan.

SPEAKER_00

I love it. Thank you for sharing that with us. I'll love to see. I do sell sex trays online, so I'll make sure that we have the fun factory voila on our website too, in case people want to check it out. Does it provide clitoral stimulation as well as penetration?

SPEAKER_02

It actually focuses on clitoral stimulation.

SPEAKER_00

That's my favorite. Me too. Me too. Yes, we like. I like, I mean, I have a penis at home, so I prefer things that vibrate on my clitoris because you know, he can't do that. Like my battery operated twice again. So or my plugged in my my wand and it plugs into the wall. Oh, yeah. Shout out to wands. Those are also fantastic, and they're very fat body approved because they make usually they give us a little more length to reach our clitoris if we have a larger tummy or shorter arms. Yep.
